Spacious condo, 5 min walk to the beach w/ pool!

Newly renovated Kitchen main floor condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 bath, sleeps up to 7 comfortably. Great location, near shops and restaurants. Close walk to the beach and community pool for the family to enjoy. This Condo features a fenced in back patio to store your beach items and rinse off the sand.

During the Summer 7 night minimum, Saturday to Saturday only. Off season is 3 night minimum stay.

No pets. No parties. Renter must be 25 years of age or older. 9 guest maximum in the house at a time.

Guests must bring their own linens and towels.

Great property in a great location!

The pictures don't do the property justice! Very clean and spacious property. Check in process was a breeze, just put the code and you are in. Property owner very responsive. Located smack dab in the middle of everything. The beach, movie theater, restaurants, ice cream shop, liquor store, supermarket, 24 hour convenience stores, pharmacy , you name it, all within a 10 minute walk from the condo. Really did not need to drive much. Will definitely stay there again if available! 5 stars!
