Surf Shack is just one block from the beach and near some of the best bars and restaurants in North Ocean City as well as 58 acre North Side Park. The park is home to sports fields, a recreation center, a walking/jogging/biking path, fishing/crabbing pier, playground, and an outdoor fitness area. Being situated on the ocean block means that you can take the short walk to the beach without having to cross Coastal Hwy.

Please note: The person booking this unit must be at least 24 years of age and be present for the duration of the booking. Minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. We do not rent to HS senior week guests. An excess cleaning fee of up to $200 may be charged if an excessive cleaning is need or damage is discovered.

Towel set is provided for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available for your use.

* At checkout, guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash in the dumpster in the parking lot.
* If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle with the provided dish detergent.

Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If the guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel after that, only the cleaning fee will be refunded.
