Direct oceanfront balcony to sip your coffee at sunrise or enjoy your afternoon cocktail watching the sun glisten on the waves of the Atlantic. As an added bonus this unit offers a den with closable barn doors for privacy. This unit comfortably accommodates 8 guests. The Sea Terrace building offers heated outdoor pool multiple elevators and just steps from having your toes in the sand.

*As a thank you for staying with Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals in Ocean City MD we offer each reservation a complimentary welcome beach bag which includes paper towels bathroom tissue laundry and dish detergents trash bags and even bathroom toiletries!

* All of Coastal Resort`s vacation rental properties require Guests to provide personal linens (such as sheets towels and pillowcases). For your convenience we would be happy to offer a linen rental package at an additional cost. This package includes sheet sets and towel sets for the maximum occupancy.

Loved it

The location is perfect! Easily accessible to the beach, the balcony felt private, perfect view of the beach. The beds are hard as rocks but otherwise it's perfect. We are looking to book again but will bring mattress pads, they are that uncomfortable. BUT EVERYTHING else was perfect!

Seawatch Condo

Perfect location!! Loved being on the first floor especially with our 18 month old grandson!! The condo fit my family perfectly! The only downfall is someone actually complained about us blowing bubbles for our 18 month old grandson 🙄! That was a little disappointing and ridiculous may I add but other than that it was a great stay.
