Paradise awaits in this 2/1 beachside beauty located steps from the sand in the Sand Pebble building. This condo provides all the comfort of home including: in unit washer and dryer (detergent included), streaming services, fully stocked kitchen with glassware, cookware and keurig. Located on the second floor in beautifully maintained building. Unit includes beach amenities such as chairs, umbrellas, toys and wagon.

Sheets (king size bed in primary, two twins in the second bedroom, one pull out couch)

o Leave AC on 75 degrees
o Don’t forget chargers and other personal belongings like items in the hamper or fridge/freezer
o Close and lock the front door
o Turn off lights

Positives: location, shopping nearby, easy walk to beach, parking, security, a lot of toilet paper, washer/dryer, beach supplies, surfaces and floor were clean, vacuum in unit for sand clean up.Negatives: couch was covered with hair and crusties, pans/utensils/appliances are very used (scorched, burnt), air conditioner was loud, towels did not match description (we were left 1 white, 1 green, 1 purple; listing said 4 white towels).

Location to beach and other sevices is excellent. Place could have been cleaner . Couch had what looked like white fur on it. We didn't use kitchen at all. Appliances weren't as clean as they could be. A little more attention to detail would have been nice. Air conditioner made a very loud sound. Might not bother some but it was constantly loud even at night. Alot was supplied but everything needed updating

This renter is awesome and the property is exactly as is described.

Julie was really great to work with. She was very quick with communication and very helpful and accommodating. The unit itself was exactly as described. We've got two boys under 10 and this place was great for us. If you're looking for a great beachside place with a good owner, this is it.

Mother and daughters getaway

Perfect location and excellent communication from owner. Included everything we needed only suggestions would be that outlet in master BR is behind headboard and u have to pull bed out to reach each and keep wall switch on - didn’t know this phone didn’t charge. Maybe an alarm clock. Also someone was doing construction work outside other bedroom window on the balcony at 10 pm not owners fault just strange to open curtain and c some one. Definitely would stay here again!

Great Location!!!

We had the best time on our short getaway to OC! This apartments location was perfect for us. A short distance to the Boardwalk (we parked in municipal parking, which is reasonably priced and never had an issue finding a spot) and a reasonable drive up the coast into Delaware. There’s plenty of shopping, food, and a grocery within walking distance. And of course the beach is just a few steps down the road!!! Beach chairs, buckets, boogie boards and even a wagon is for use in the apartment. That was a great thing for us, because we had the car LOADED down! We will definitely return to this location and Julie was a breeze to work with!
