The building offers Indoor & outdoor heated pools, ping pong room, arcade room, seasonal gift shop (open only in summer), saunas in both restrooms on the second floor, and a deli for breakfast and lunch! This lovely 3 Bedroom condo is ready to make your new vacation memories!

*As a thank you for staying with Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals in Ocean City, MD we offer each reservation a complimentary welcome beach bag which includes paper towels, bathroom tissue, laundry and dish detergents, trash bags, and even bathroom toiletries!

Your reservation includes a $75 building resort fee required by the Quay building. This building resort fee includes one parking space for the duration of your stay. Additional spaces are available on a 1st come, 1st serve basis at $12/ day or $75 for the week.

Location! Location!

This is a nice place with stunning views from the 12th floor. The building is old and needs updating and the cleaners could be more thorough but overall it was a very enjoyable stay. We had safety concerns that we brought to the attention of management.

Oceans calling

We enjoyed are stay. Loved the second floor and pool. We really enjoyed the 3 day music festival.So much fun. Beautiful view from the 12 th floor.
