We loved the city view from our room on the 30th floor. I highly recommend paying a little more for the view. The staff was very helpful in directing us to find an authentic Italian restaurant as well as getting to the Statue of Liberty. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location for seeing New York close to times square the subway and everything. Room cleaning was really not the best they never emptied our trash in four days. Bed's not made up one of the days

This was an amazing hotel, everything about it was fabulous... the service was over the top.. no matter what we needed we had it delivered within minutes, with a big smile...Guest service lady Rani was the nicest person, helped us with all our needs with great recommendations, including sights, subway and places to have great dining.. needless to say the rooms were also over the top..10 stars..
