Old/tired property with no elevator, sagging mattress, communal bathroom, shotty lamps, and street noise. Not up to a Travelocity minimum approved site.

Location was good, very close to subway and Chelsea market. They were also nice to let us store our luggage when we checked out and let us check in early. However, the rooms were very dirty, with years of dust gathered and heating could not be turned off. Walls were thin so you could hear everything. The shared bathrooms were disgusting, very unclean and the shower didn’t work well.

Dirty, poor maintained, no elevator hotel, which is, however, close to the subway and Chelsea Market. The hallways are filthy, dark and smelly. Room's bathroom was dirty.

Great experience. Cute, comfortable. Of course small but this is NYC. Overall loved it. Shared bathrooms were not a problem. super close to subway. Would stay agan!
