The staff at this hotel are friendly, helpful and want to make sure your stay is the best it can be. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were welcoming, the cleaning staff were so friendly and amazing and the room was more than we could ask for! This hotel was perfectly located for everything my husband and I wanted to do and see - theatre shows, Central Park, and Times Square. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to NYC
