Great hotel in the middle of NY. Close to all amenities. Friendly staff and clean. Only downfall is the size of the bathrooms/rooms but I guess that's in all of NY. apart from that we had a great experience. Would definitely stay there again.

There were long lines at the coffee and tea station but we were so grateful to have hot chocolate for the kids and coffee for us on those cold winter NYC days!
