There wasn’t a refrigerator or microwave in the room.The water in the bathroom sink drained very slow.Had to call maintenance. Will never stay there again.

It has a convenient location. It is just disappointing that they don't have Valet parking and bell man. The number complaint I had was, when we checked in we were given a room that is occupied. When I opened the door there was a man laying down, it could have went extremely dangerous and scary if he was awake, as it would have disrupt his privacy. When I went to the front desk, I was expecting the employee to be more apologetic about there error but all I got was a very insincere "sorry".

The hotel was surprisingly clean and the staff was nice. It was a 8 out of 10 stay but there were a few things that stood out to me. 1.) There was no room cleaning. 2.) There was no microwave or mini fridge. 3.) There is no place for trash. They asked for us to leave it outside of the room door. It was there for at least 6 hours. Beyond that the room was pretty clean and the bathroom was well kept up. The silver molding on the shower fell off as soon as I turned it on but it snapped back on. Overall a good spot for budget shoppers and overall a good location. Would go back again but I’ll plan accordingly knowing what I know now.

Club Quarters is like my home away from home. Have stayed with them at same location in New York City (Grand Central Station) and the staff has become like a second family to me. Many extra services are provided at no charge including special needs. Their staff personnel exemplify the true meaning of customer service!
