Staff was nice and helpful. For me it was perfect bc I lived in nyc for 12 years so it felt like home. The room is like a bedroom. Took a while for the hot bath water to warm up. That’s the only thing I can think of honestly.

put in my credit card info and had to take a picture of it as well as my ID and a day later i get a $132 and $432 charge for concert resale tickets, what a coincidence. save yourself the time and don’t stay here. i knew something was fishy when they wanted a photo of my card info. card number, expiration date and cvv. protect yourself and be smart. or you’re gonna regret it. not to mention the blood stained sheet me and my bf slept on and didn’t notice till the next morning and load moaning sounds coming from a floor or so down. the people at the front desk were none existent most of the time and when requested a refund they denied.

Nice staff, clean bedding, great location. Water pressure in the bathroom was not great, but I appreciated that our room had a microwave as well as a generously-sized mini fridge. I would definitely consider booking here again.
