Lovely property in the heart of the financial district with many option to the subway to get you to most areas of manhattan and further afield. Hotel was spotlessly clean and the rooms had everything that you need. The bed was one of the comfiest that we’d slept in. The staff were very helpful and you we were always greeted with a warm welcome when we returned to the hotel. Concierge were also very helpful, big thanks to Stephen who also arranged our hotel transfer and saved us some money by not taking an Uber. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again the next time we visit NYC.

We stayed 1 night at the Artezen Hotel before leaving for a cruise. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and quiet with a coffee shop conveniently located next door. The staff was friendly and accommodating, particularly Christian. The hotel was also a short walk away from the 9/11 Memorial and Museum, which we visited. Many places to eat close by. Lastly, the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal was only about 15 minutes from the hotel. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a fantastic stay at The Artezen, it was the perfect base for exploring New York with the subway close by, and within walking distance of Brooklyn Bridge and Wall St. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent stay, and were always friendly and welcoming.
