"Old rooms, Never updated. Stay somewhere else. The only time we saw a staff member was to bring 1 terrible pillow to our room because the pull out couch was not made. In fact, I’m not sure they even changed the sheets on the couch."

"Don’t let the showroom fool you. As shown in the photos, our room had roaches, smelled like mold or a damp basement, and was not properly cleaned. There was trash in the trash can, hair in the shower, stains on the bedding, and no hand soap. The “pillows” were not real pillows at all… just stuffing ..."
