PROS: Staff was great - super nice and helpful. Top notch in every way. Lobby was very welcoming and nicely decorated for the holidays. Free coffee and a hot cocoa bar with many options for flavors and toppings. They even had sugar-free cocoa. Breakfast was pretty good, constantly replenished with fresh food. The menu was posted the day before so you knew what to expect. Each floor was decorated for the holidays, which was super cute. CONS: We stayed in 223, which was old and in need of some maintenance. The curtains had some serious damage and looked terrible. The couch and chairs were very worn and the fabric looked very dirty. The couch was a pull-out and the cushions were in such bad shape that they no longer covered the frame of the bed inside. Lighting is super dim and there aren't enough lamps to illuminate the space. Bed was very hard and the pillows way too soft.
