Front desk service was excellent - easy check-in by friendly receptionists. Room was very clean. The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes from downtown Harrisburg (easy commute) and close to restaurants, too. I've stayed here before and consider this hotel to be fail-safe. I'll stay here again!

Room was not cleaned well before checking in, found old phone chargers under the bed. Also desk clerk gave our neighbor a key to our room after he forgot what room he was in. If not for the latch lock would have gotten right in. Staff needs to verify name and room number before handing out a keycard. This is unacceptable my spouse already has anxiety about staying in hotels and was in a panic about to call the police. Room seemed a bit outdated for the price. Old matresses and aged bathroom. Not what I was expecting for the high price paid for the room.

Hotel is in dire need of an upgrade. Bathrooms are dingy and ceiling is disgusting with staines. “Sleep number” beds didn’t work and are uncomfortable. Only stayed there because our daughter was in the same hotel.

We ate with our son who is shipping out in the Navy, the Buffet was the worst buffet we have ever had for $15.00. The food was cold and very little to choose from. The waitress didn't come back to the table for refills. Just rude. The wifi that's offered at this hotel ... We could not get on our phones even with the help of a hotel employee. We waited 45 mins to an hour for 2 towels on the first floor to the left of the check in. The beds where rocks. Not at all what we were expecting from the name Radisson. Very disappointed.

The front desk attendant decked me into a double when I reserved a king sized room. Wince I’m the room I decided to just deal with it until I felt the lumpy bed and hear the blaring television from the adjoined room. I called down, explained mix up, and requested an available king room. Let’s say she was less than accommodating.
