I didn’t like the fact that there was no hot water in the shower and when I told the front desk they did nothing.

Camilla at check-in was very friendly and gave a great dinner recommendation. The property met my expectations particularly for the price point…the key being cleanliness along with bed/pillow being comfortable. The room had some general flaws, but again, in line with the price point. I would stay here again, particularly if simply looking for a good night’s sleep.

Let me tell you about this Days Inn. The lock on the door didn't work right. The TV didnt work right even after they came up to fix it. Burn holes in the bed sashs. Full size beds, not queen. I had to put a towel over the screen just to go to sleep because it wouldnt turn off. Stated pool, non there. Paint pelling off wall in bathroom and holes in ceiling in both bathroom and tub areas. Several meen out drinking on walkway on either side of our room. Desk agent walked right by them coming to bring us th owels and soap never said a word to them. Overall can i say, not a good stay, actually the worst.

While I know that the post-covid short staffing issues contributed to some of these problems, there was no excuse for a room that had a non-working TV, no phone (said that connection was poor so they pulled it out), no wastebaskets (really?), not enough towels, no normal amenities like a pad, pen, phonebook, or even a Bible! Do not go here unless there is no other place!

Toilet didn't work; staff didn't care; lied about repairman coming for hours. Sink handle also disconnected. Broken glass in parking lot. We bailed out at 12:08am. Worst hotel ever, and I have 3000 nights in hotels.

We apologize your experience was anything less than completely satisfying. Most guests love our clean comfortable rooms and friendly customer service. We are sorry we coukd nit meet your expectations.

The staff was great about fulfilling my request for a non-smoking room on the top floor in back (quiet); the room appeared clean (vacuumed, clean bedding, etc), however the front of the AC unit was not clean and there was mildew on the shower/tub walls. The shower had a good flow (hate wimpy showers). Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired - scrambled eggs, make your own waffles, weak coffee, cereal. But, there is a diner about 2 blocks away that has great food, and cheap. We have stayed here before, and will again, as we have a family reunion the same weekend every year, and this is the closest inexpensive hotel. I just hope that they do a little more than the basics.
