It was advertised as having a hot tub in the king suit. There are NO hot tubs on premises. Not worth the money I paid for a dirty room and no refund was offered not even a partial

Hotel was decent overall. Was clean and the rooms were a nice size. However a lot of things were broken. Our toilet wasnt flushing. Tried to call to the front desk the phone was all busted and you couldnt call downstairs. The TV remote wasnt working. You had to manually control the volume and turn the tv on and off. The curtain in the room wasnt big enough to cover the whole window so the parking lights shone in our faces all night.

I like the high ceilings. The beds were a little too firm for a side sleeper. The jacuzzi was out of order and that was the one thing I was looking for in a hotel so very pissed off that this is not communicated online. The bathroom fan is not working. The room is looking very shabby and worn.

This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The tipping point was my room was out of toilet paper. The phone in the room didnt work so I went to the front desk to get some more. There was no toilet paper and I was informed the manager was on her way in with toilet paper. There was also no toilet paper in the lobby bathroom. I was told when the manager got in my room would be filled. I left for the day and when I returned in the evening my room still did not have toilet paper. I went to the manager who told me hes not housekeeping and its not his problem. Thats when I looked for another hotel. In addition to the manager clearly not caring about the customers here is a list of other things wrong. The room was dirty with a musty mildew smell, the bathtub was disgusting, the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, the toilet ran all day and night, the window shade was broken, the refrigerator was broken. The carpet in the hallway and lobby was dirty with leftover food all over the floor. In the morning there was a line of people with similiar complaints. Absolutely disgusting and I could not stay there for my entire stay

Staff was great..thats the only good thing about this place.to start blood on blanket,rugs unravling with staple sticky though myself snd granddaugther stepped on the staples.toilet ran 24/7. The pool was so cloudy ou couldnt see the bottom and of course hot tub was out of order.There was 4 of us went we got 3 towels 2 wash clothes.the next day blankets just thrown on beds.they were not made again and the next day we get 1 new washcloth and 2 towels for the 4 of us..sorry i dont want to have my granddauthers washing there face with the cloth i just washed my ass with.. not a good hotel for $437.00 dollars.there shuld have been a refund.waste of money!!!!!
