The room itself was great, but the water in the showers was luke warm at best so we were unable to shower fully and the breakfast choices were very, very slim.

cleanliness of the room was great! walls are paper thin. kids constantly running up and down the halls screaming until after 11pm. the hallways smelt like sweat and bad body odor. doors slamming until all hours of the night. breakfast was okay for the price.

The stay was sub par No hot water for showers or very little Breakfast same every day nothing changing Ask for house keeping 48 hrs before and when the day arrives it’s not done. And when asked at front desk I was out fault they did not write it down. And asked again for house keeping wait 48hrs and still not done. No coffee in breakfast most mornings and always out. Pool was very much high on chlorine people were all coughing. We stayed 11 days and I will never stay there again. No hot water is a big no no. Just need a good bed and hot shower. I was not asking much I find.

The room was very clean and the staff very friendly. You just have to remember this is not a 5-star hotel, it is very good for the price. The only thing was that the water pressure in the shower was **super** low - barely enough there to rinse off the soap.

Staff could not answer questions when asked. Paid extra money for a Jacuzzi room to have no hot water and not be able to use it. Brought up the problem to the staff and they had no clue and wouldn't do anything about it. The parking lot was horribly plowed and to get around and was not good. The room was clean and that was about the only good thing
