The bathroom shower needs to be updated not as clean as I would have liked it. The toliet not as clean as I would have liked it. Needs to be replaced you have to flush repeatedly to have any thing go down. I enjoy the peace and quiet. Staff very polite.

The hotel was less than 10 miles from Hershey Park and was an easy commute. I didn't have a chance to use the pool and hot tub, but that was a selling point for me. The room was fairly basic, as expected for the price, but the bathroom was a bit dirty and I didn't realize until I went to leave that the smoke detector was unplugged and sitting in the side table drawer. The room was not serviced between the two days of my stay.

This hotel is okay if all you have to do is sleep. Couldn’t get extra pillows and a blanket by calling front desk.

After a long day at Hersheypark we finally checked in at 9 PM got to our hotel room just a few minutes later to find a broken towel bar that was missing in the room, along with a shower curtain that was completely full of mold across the whole entire bottom, the bathroom had mold all over the place and paint was peeling off the walls, and the ceiling bathroom fan did not work the pillows were more like a throw pillow, they had only given us two big size towels and there was four of us in the room, I went down to guest services to complain and they pretty much brush us off I had asked for two extra towels multiple times and all they could say is that they were sorry and never offered to move us to a different room which I asked about and just kept saying that they were sorry and there’s nothing they can do about it the room itself was on the grungy side and didn’t even look like it was swept or vacuumed in a while, I will say that I will no longer ever stay at any Ramada chain ever again and I’ve stayed in better hotels than what The condition of this one was in

The staff is new and don't know how to run a hotel. , trash in hallways. Remodeling going on. They should of shut down one part until done. Construction material left in halls, large tripping hazards every where. The rooms were not stocked, or cleaned. They never took out our trash. Offered to change our sheets. We were there for four nights, and we had to do everything our self. Asking for towels, and TP

Would not stay again. TV didnt work, little efgort by staff to remedy. Carpet not vacummed in my room. Phone in room hadnt been cleaned in forever, let alone sanitized. If I hadnt been so tired from 11 hour drive, would have checked out s gone on my way. Lots of other nicer hotels in the sres. Steer clear of here!

I DID NOT LIKE ANYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE. I WALK INTO A DIRTY ROOM. BLOOD ON SHEETS AND CARPET. THE TUB WAS DISGUSTING. I WAS NOT THE ONLY GUEST WHO FOUND ROOM DIRTY 4 OTHER GUEST AT 10PM AT NIGHT ALL WALKED INTO FILTHY ROOMS 1 FAMILY FOUND USED COMDOMS
