I recently stayed at the Wyndham, Friday evening there was a group of bikers that partied until 6 am! I made multiple complaints to the front desk and nothing was done. The front desk gentleman on Friday evening basically said yea well that happens! I highly suggest if you have a family, kids, or want a peaceful night sleep you do not stay there! It was dirty as well!

Food is ok,can be better,bed is ok. Overall its outdated,would have been nice this hotel 30 years ago but now it needs upgrades.. Lights too dark,carpets on the hallway really old and smell. Whole place looks eerie when u enter. Lots to offer but just needs an upgrade or update.

Upon arrival I was given a note saying the pool was down due to maintenance. Unable to get my money back to go elsewhere, since I already paid according to staff there. Was 97 degrees. I picked this hotel for what looked like a lovely pool set up.

We had additional charges added to our bill after checking out. When checking our credit card company and seeing the charges, I immediately tried contacting the hotel and they said they could not help me but referred me to customer service--I could not reach anyone. We will dispute the charges through our credit card company if they remain. Customer service terrible!! and staff at the hotel totally unwilling to listen to any complaint about the charges or why they added in the first place!! Will not use Wyndham in the future!

Unrequested and unwanted wake up call...

Check in was fine. We booked a double queen room and the beds were full size, not queen. Around 9am (2 hours before check out) housekeeping came knocking on all the doors. We startled awake and before we could even answer, they opened our door and attempted to enter the room. We had the bar across so they couldnt open it all the way. When I went to the door the housekeeper told me, and the other guests who were also at their doors, "oh, you have plenty of time, Im just checking my rooms". We dont usually sleep that late, but it was a late night, hence the hotel stay instead of making rhe hour drive home. So the unrequested wake up call was odd and definitely didnt sit well with us.
