Very much regret to say that after several reminders and request from the Frontdesk person if you will not call Expedia for cancellation of your reservation, how could hotel help???? As you are well aware that your reservation and money was taken by Expedia, front desk person never denied for cancellation but the cancellation should be done by Expedia.
