Waited 45 minutes for check in...which is a possible catastrophe with a 4-year-old in tow, but staff was exceptionally polite and sympathetic about the issue. They helped me get my little girl to the bathroom without an accident, and accommodated by holding all out bags behind the desk. The wait SUCKED, don't get me wrong...and I probably wouldn't stay here again unless my daughter was older or I had my husband with me. However, the staff should be commended for their grace.

The lobby and room were clean, the front desk staff were friendly, the place was overall nice, and breakfast was good. The only downside was that there was no shampoo or bar soap in the room but luckily I had my own so I didn't bother calling down for some.

The hotel is lovely and very convenient. However, towels were a constant issue during our stay. There were no pool towels available, and our room only had two towels for a family of four. When I requested more, I was told they were in the dryer and even had to be placed on a “list” for towels the next day. Management should make sure basics like towels are always available.

I’ve stayed here many times I loved it.. The staff was very polite. The rooms were clean. The only thing that happened this time was I asked for more towels and they told me they didn’t have any. I’m not sure if it’s because it was Labor Day weekend then they were completely sold out, but we were four people in the room and we only had two towels. Not so serious but that was the only thing that happened…
