We were blessed by very pleasant and helpful staff everywhere- at check in, in the restaurant, etc. Our biggest complaint was that the bathroom was pretty gross, the paint in the tub was peeling, the wallpaper behind the door was damaged. It's hard to feel like you get clean in a bathroom that's falling apart. another bonus would have been a warm blanket or 2. We love Embassy suites. This location was wonderful! restaurant was great! breakfast (& staff there) was exceptional! Just the room, and especially the bathroom was disapointing.

Best hotel on the East coast
My daughter and I had an amazing time. Our room was absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious, and comfortable. Dinner at the indoor restaurant was fabulous, full portions, descent pricing, and delicious. The morning breakfast was unbelieveable with a welcoming chef to make your eggs anyway you like along with an a variety of breakfast choices , bagels, yogurt, home fries, bacon, sausage, cereal, fruit, muffins, croissants etc. The service was incredible, hospitable, attentive, and friendly. We would love to stay again.

This hotel was extremely nice for the price! The room was beautiful and very clean, and the bed was hands down the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. Only down side is the pool was not heated so I was not able to enjoy that, as the water was ice cold. Nonetheless, I will definitely stay here again!

Felt like Royalty!
I am someone who compulsively reads almost every review before I book a hotel. However, I do not always leave reviews myself. We had such an amazing visit on this stay that I felt compelled to leave a review myself. From the moment that we walked in the hotel, we felt like we Entered a very clean and elite hotel. We appreciated the friendly staff, were impressed with the glass elevator, and our king suite was beautiful, spacious, and just what we needed for our night anniversary getaway. We really appreciated the happy hour, and were astonished that we could get so many different types of drinks! Highly recommend the tequila sunrise. Yum! The only negatives that we found during our trip were that the water pressure was not as strong as we wished it was in the shower, and cell phone reception was only one bar. We loved the open field of the atrium area, and were blown away by the breakfast options! The made to order omelettes were delicious, staff were so upbeat, and there were so many other choices to eat (loved the fresh fruit and the fact that we ate on real plates with silverware!). We did not go swimming as the pool water felt a little cooler than we would have chosen. We picked up the lamb platter for dinner from a local restaurant called Fattoush (delicious!). All in all, it was a fantastic stay, and if we are ever in the area again, we know where to stay! Highly recommend!
