Hotel lobby and room smelled like cigarettes. Hard to get the smell out. Other than Stephany from the Front Desk that checked us in, everyone else seemed rude. Especially the night shift front desk person. I usually don’t have any issue with an Extended Stay, but this one seemed ghetto. Very spacious parking lot though.

The first I smelled upon entering was marijuana, which was not good. Also, they supposedly prided themselves on cleaning the room, and there was pet hair everywhere. The outside of the building was the only really nice thing about it. The room served its purpose, but I was not pleased with it.

Nothing...only Luke. Was the only thing! Please everyone BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! CARPET dirty! Bathroom knob came off in my hand!! Bathroom lynolium coming up! Bed so hard and pillows cheap. Walmart $3.95 pillows are Better!! No dishes in the room no pots no pants no glasses no silverware no nothing! For their breakfast it was Quaker instant oatmeal instant coffee packets and small things of muffins! DO

We booked 3 rooms ! Only 1 room was ready & the other was dirty- tub had hair & mold. 3rd could not be Honored , the hotel was overbooked. It was a disappointment. I spent over an hour trying to correct the error. I was overcharged- rooms were going for $94.70!

The property was outdated. Furniture cushions ripped. My room had a refrigerator that made so much noise I couldn’t sleep. Reported it to front desk and they were aware that it wasn’t working properly and still put my family in the room.

I booked a room I called to hotel to confirm my room they confirmed and then they called me back and canceltmy room and tried to charge my card 144.00 cancellation fee. They were no help - the front desk told me he was r able to have the manager call me and when I gave him my info they never called
