Great experience. It's a basic inexpensive, Motel, but it was very clean and everybody that worked there was very helpful and they have 24 hour front desk service. but don't go expecting the Ritz Carlton, and then complaining online about how it didn't have everything you wanted. What you get is great for the price you pay. It's just a regular basic Motel and it's very comfortable and I enjoyed it a lot. Takes about 25 minutes to drive to the strip district, 25 minutes to drive to Rivers Casino, 25 minutes to drive to the stadium, etc. Although it's only about 12 miles, Pittsburgh has like 35 mph zones on most of the freeways the whole time. Or highways or whatever they are. So that sucks, if it was 55, you'd get there in 10 minutes.

I booked this because the price was great and the reviews were very good. The people were very nice and there was nothing in particular wrong but I wouldn’t rate it as high as what was online. The room was clean but it is outdated. Really just a basic hotel but fir the price probably couldn’t expect more.

I will always check about the room size before booking. I didn’t realize they had any tiny rooms. I’ve stayed here many times before and always had what I thought was a normal room. Asked at the front desk after check in and they couldn’t care less.

I have 3 ESA dogs ! Never had to pay for them in any state or country they also fly with !!! I booked 2 nights stay through Expedia ( they were no help ) I even called 6 hrs prior of me arriving. Told the man that answered what time I would be there and that I was bringing my 3 ESA Dogs. He replied “ that’s ok that’s not a problem “ I get there and he ask me for 120 20$ per dog per night !!!!!! I told him they are CERTIFIED THROUGH A DOCTOR ( MILITARY DOCTOR ) he then said that the manager said ESA ANIMALS ARE CONSIDERED REGULAR PETS AND IN THE STATE OF PA THAT IS THE RULE . By then my PTSD and my anxiety sets in ( they can watch cameras ) I thought I was about to faint. IF HE WOULD HAVE TOLD ME THERE IS A CHARGE FOR ESA ANIMALS I WOULD HAVE CANCELLED AND FOUND SOMEWHERE ELSE . But I was there and had no choice since I was traveling with my minor kid but to take the room . I asked for a refund for the deposit and it was denied . There was a young lady there that did give me 20$ off my deposit. I was honestly very disappointed of how a Veteran was treated .

The gentleman at check in at night is AMAGINGLY WONDERFUL!!!!! Nicest man you could ever want to meet! The rooms are cozy, clean, beds are comfortable. Will definitely be back!!!
