The room was filthy! Dust around the perimeter of the molding, toe nail clippings on the floor on the right side of the bed, stained carpet outside of room and inside of room. It was windy outside and there were leaves in the lobby. Fine, but expected leaves to be swept by morning. When we checked out the next morning leaves were still present. Appeared there was no house keeping that night. We stayed here for the convenience of being by the PA turnpike. Next time will stay at a cleaner hotel and drive further for cleanliness and comfort.

Hallways and room were dirty. Especially bathroom, the toilet had a piece of toilet paper in it when we arrived. Toilet and area directly around it were filthy. Pee stains on bolts holding the toilet seat. Will not stay here again.

We paid almost $700 to stay for 4 days. During this time we had towels dropped off one day. I understood the first day was Thanksgiving. But I saw someone from housekeeping the next day and asked to have my room cleaned and was told no problem. When I returned later in the evening my garbage hadn’t even been emptied. When I mentions to the front staff they were argumentative and said the little piece of paper that came with my key card explained their housekeeping services. But no one reads it! Yes I did, which says housekeeping is done every other day, which was not done. Breakfast was a little better than average. The hotel was nicely decorated. There was a nice gym area. The pool was cold. The bathroom was poorly maintained and when I asked for maintenance my request was ignored. Everything was kind of take it or leave it! The nice perk was it was connected to an Outback that provided a 10% discount!

First of all, Expedia made a fool of me, saying my booking was cancelled. All the hullabaloo for nothing and made me re-book the same place for extra money! About the hotel, we were changed rooms, multiple times again and again and again... One room, had issues with the sink, drain, the other room had issues with electrical and one phase wasn't even working. Then changed rooms again and my stay with a baby was miserable!! Highly unhappy with Expedia and the stay as well!

We liked the variety of breakfast foods, the reliable and easy to use WiFi, the thick bath towels, the microwave and fridge, and the friendly and helpful staff. We did not like the worn, old elevator and stairwell, the dirty and dusty heater, the musty smell in the bedroom, the outdated furniture, and the lack of a chest of drawers for clothing. The hotel in general is old and needs updating. All the Hampton Inns that we stayed at in California were a lot nicer than this one in Pennsylvania.
