The bathroom had long black hair on the floor and shower walls. Knowing that—I’ll never believe the room was cleaned in the first place. There were no plates, silverware or cups to call this a “kitchenette”. It was a sink, microwave and an average hotel size fridge. Nothing warranting a “kitchenette”. TVs were decent sized. And the volume worked loud enough to drown out the 12 year olds playing and screaming down the hall while their caretakers were taking full advantage of the free breakfast buffet. Overall, the bed was comfy. I slept on the blankets and bring my own blanket and pillow everywhere. I was able to adequately adjust the room temp to my liking. Most importantly, I did feel safe. Minimal noise at night. Just that next morning at 830am.

The staff was very friendly but the hotel itself needed improvements. The was a stale smell in the hallways. When we entered our room it was very cold and not obvious how to run the heat. (The thermostat on the wall didn’t go on. There was an actual unit by the window.) The shower nozzle was low on the wall and it wasn’t very hot. Breakfast was lacking and not very good. Nice gym.

Everything was great with the exception of your showers. Had to pull the toggle so hard, the spout started to move. Water pressure is extremely low, hard to get shampoo out of you hair and the shower heads are not very good.
