The staff are very nice. Check in was a breeze. The breakfast always has a nice variety. It is getting just an okay this time, because it seems the floor we stayed on needs some updating. We stay at this hotel when we are in town to visit our daughter. So we are frequent flyers here.

The HVAC unit was extremely loud. There were two screws protruding up from floor that caught bottom of door every time door was opened or closed - this should be addressed asap for safety of guests. Breakfast was great! Staff was welcoming.

Staff was very nice but this was one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed in. There was mold along the ceiling in the room and the bathroom looked as if it had never been cleaned. Floors were covered in hair and general dirt. The room was all hard floors but I don't know that they had ever been mopped. The hotel has clearly been updated to look fancy, but it lacks cleanliness.
