A short drive on R74 S to Red Lion there is a steak house The Great American Saloon. Good breakfast restaurants in Lion’s Pride (café) , Tapenade Brstro and Dallastown family restaurant. Also from gas station and convenience stores like Weis market and Giant. 10 mins drive to highway 83S and 15 mins to York hospital.
