I was in this hotel for two weeks in July 2022. After returning back home I notice extra charges on my credit card. After talking to hotel employee, they did not want to reimburse me. Their explanation was that travel agency did not pay all the money. .

Happy Guest

Pros: Convenient location and great staff
Cons: An outdoor pool and/or hot tub would be a nice addition
Location: We were able to get a late night snack from the front desk shop plus we were also able to order out and have food delivered when we wanted.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our suite was very clean and comfortable. We ate breakfast at the hotel every morning and was please with the choices. My son, who is a picky eater was also very happy with the choices and enjoyed having breakfast at the hotel. We also loved the fact that there was more than one staff working the breakfast area which kept everything flowing smoothly.

nice hotel, good location, excellent service from hotel staff

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, efficient staff
Stayed for 2 nights. Hotel staff (front desk, housekeeping, breakfast service) all went out of their way to accommodate. The front desk and housekeeping ALWAYS say 'good morning' ALWAYS with a smile. Makes a difference to me, the guest. The breakfast staff were outstanding. So busy, but took the time to greet each guest. Efficient and in a good mood -- that hakes all the difference first think in the morning. Thanks for my stay pleasant. One Con: thought price was high for York, PA. But it appears all the area hotels are over priced.

nice place

We had a nice stay. The rooms were very nice with good bedding. We had a 1 bedroom king suite so the kids used the sleeper sofa and had their own TV in the living room. It was clean and quiet. Place appeared new. The large highway is nearby but we didn't hear it in our room. Free breakfast although late was nice. They had breakfast sandwiches, pastery, bagels, cereal, and make your own waffles. I would stay again if I was in the area.
