Our stay was not great. We spent a whole weekend and housekeeping NEVER came to clean our room. They didn’t answer the phones at front desk. We had to go find clean towels. Very disappointed.

We reserved 3 rooms for a family vacation. Two 2 bedroom suites and a Room with 2 queen beds. The 2 bedroom suites were for my sons families with infants so there would be a separate room for the baby to sleep. we did not get one 2 bedroom even though we had a confirmation letter. Camelbacks reply was they were out of rooms. Also our rooms were not ready at check in time. Check in time was at 4:00 pm, we recieved aou rooms at 7:00 pm. Two families with several small children in limbo because of a poorly run facility. I overheard a couple with an infant saying they hoped there room was ready, this was at 6:30 pm the following day. seems they cannot provide rooma on a daily basis.
