Heat was not working. When reported to front desk was told, yes we know. There has been issues for a day or 2 now. Why werent we told upon check in? It was january and very cold outside. We were offered a free drink for our inconvenience. We stay here a good bit but may look for another go to for a night away. Very disappointed as this hotel is extremely nice and comfortable.

We stayed here for a nearby wedding. This hotel was decorated very nicely - Presidential/patriotic style. Loved the giant mirror in the lobby hallway (great photo opp). The room was clean and nice. Comfy bed and pillows. Would stay here again.

Nice hotel, just wish they had a microwave in the room, so we didn’t have to eat out every night. Kids enjoyed the pool, but may have had too much chlorine in it as both my kids had rashes all over after swimming.

Hotel horror 😨

This hotel in Gettysburg was a nightmare soon as we walked in our room to check in we noticed the bed was so lumpy the sheets have not been changed they were flies in our shower no bags for the garbage it was horrible I will never return to that hotel ever again
