DONT DO IT! Everything was bad. I read the reviews and hoped things had gotten better. They did not. 1. The heat is turned off at night. Why? 2. The sofas in the rooms are held up by 2x4s. There was a Kitchenette but nothing to cook with/utensils, plates etc 3. We had a hard time getting food. No one delivers to the hotel. The cafe didn’t have anything in it. The restaurant was understaffed. I told them I could take it to go and went back to my room to wait. 2 hours later they still didn’t have my food. They ahured me that it was done but there was nothing. I waited there another half hour and they came out with my food. Most of it was missing and no utensils. They gave me ribs on the house but it was actually another guests food. I had been there when he ordered it. 3. Elevator didn’t work. I’m handicapped and struggled to get up and down the stairs. We also had to use the service stairway that was very creepy. They had cleaning supplies behind the doors that made it unsafe to get in and out. 4. The property was smelly and was located on backroads that did not have street lights. 4. The pool was cold. The waterpark was weak. Most of it was not working or had cold water. I’m sure I missed many things. Overall it was a disastrous trip. We heard so many people there saying they would never return. If you want a cheap hotel then this is your spot. But if you want a nice trip for your family, this is not it. I wish I could get my money back. DONT STAY HERE!!

The room was very dirty, as were the public bathrooms around the facility - so dirty in fact that when I entered the ladies room nearest to the main lobby, the floor was sticky, every toilet had excrement or urine in it or on it, and I refused to use the facility. The restaurant menu is very limited and the food is passable at best. There was construction happening around the property that made it difficult to navigate. There were large potholes and broken uneven pavement. The beds were beyond awful. Old mattresses that were thin and had broken springs that dug into our backs and hips. Truly the worst nights sleep ever. The blankets were so thin you could almost see through them so we froze all night long. The decor is old and dated, and it is extremely clear no one has put an ounce of care into the upkeep of this property since the 80's. If you have the option to stay somewhere else, you should.

The staff was friendly However, The hotel rugs are all stained. Elevator in main hotel did not work. Everything looks rusty old and dirty. The pool was freezing. The hot tubs looked like jelly and very dirty. The fast food area served food that was cold in the middle. (Breakfast sandwich & wings) The hotel needs updating a SERIOUS MAKE Over.

The staff was amazing. Unfortunately the room was eh. The toilet bowl is so low, my disabled mom had an extremely hard time getting up from the toilet. The shower was not cleaned, the drain did not work, housekeeping part was not the best. Ice machine wasn’t working. Needs lots of updating for the price. I could have stayed at a Quality inn for half the price and better conditions

This is far from a resort I would say it is a second class accommodation. The place needs total renovation. The pool looked uninviting a hot tub didn’t work the grounds around it look unkept IIt is definitely not worth $159 a night the pictures on the website are deceiving. When we sat on the beds nearly fell on the floor. No ice anywhere in our building. Had to go searching for it. Very limited linens. Travelocity needs to give me a refund. As far as the staff goes, they were very friendly

Outside could use some updated, inside as well in areas. Got a jacuzzi room. Tub was filthy upon arrival, I cleaned it myself 3 times until jet ran clean. Also had over 30 flies at one point in our room, coming out of vent in ceiling. Informed staff at checkout , was only told they were sorry. We literally had to close off the room , be they were flying everywhere

If you're on a very tight budget, fine, otherwise, place needs lots of maintenance and updating. TVs did not work, carpets were not clean, bathtubs were not well maintained, most of the waterpark activities were closed - the only fun we had was the arcade!!! We would not go back !

Do not stay here. This hotel looked like it was abandoned. They immediately put a $100 hold on your credit card which seemed excessive. The room they put us in smelled like sewage and when I called the front desk about it they told me they would send maintenance to see what was wrong. We waited 20 minutes and no one showed up. There were less than 10 cars in the parking lot for this place. I went back to the front desk and told them no one showed up. I was so frustrated I asked to just check out right then. The woman said I would have to wait for the manger to check out. I waited another 10 minutes until she showed up. She asked me, what seems to be the problem. I explained everything to her and then she said she could just move me to a room in another part of the hotel. My kids were totally creeped out by the place and said it was like the hotel in The Shining. The elevator was broken and the furniture in the room looked like it was all beat up. The air conditioner sounded like it was about to give out and the room they put us in faced the back of the hotel where there were a bunch of maintenance things. This was super unfortunate since I booked this place for my daughters birthday based on the nice photos on the website. The only remodeled part was the lobby. The photos of the rest of the place were very deceiving. As an Army Veteran who doesn’t get a lot of time off I ended up not getting a refund and had to reserve a room at another hotel about 30 minutes away.
