The staff was not accommodating, the curtain in our room had a huge rip, the phone and lights didn’t work and there were empty spiked seltzer cans in the closet! I was so angry, the staff Janek and manager Nick didn’t apologize for the condition of the room, they offered to move us but not until the next day after we had already stayed in the room with these empty alcohol cans. My kids were so tired after Hershey we had no choice but to sleep there that night but they felt scared and unsafe. Nick the manager did not take responsibility and Janek said we were lying! Could not believe it. Horrible experience here!

When I checked into my room the curtain had a large rip in it, when we went to use the phone to call the front desk to let them know it was ripped to prevent us from being responsible the phone had no dial tone, it did not work. Then, after that I went into the closet to get the sheets to make the pull out couch for my children to sleep in, the bag containing blankets and sheets, had six empty cans of alcohol in them. I went down to the front desk immediately and mentioned the condition of the room. The man working the desk gave me clean sheets, and I made the bed, we proceeded to sleep there that night, he could not move us to another room since there was no more availability. We were very tired from spending the day at Hershey. The next day I asked to speak to the manager to let him know of our experience. He did not apologize at all, and made me feel like the incidents that I was reporting were no big deal., all he could offer us was $48 compensation. I planned to stay at the hotel for two nights. I must say the hotel manager, Nick was not accommodating at all. He did not take responsibility for the condition of the room. I would have liked for him to apologize about the condition and offer a better compensation. The managers name was Nick and he was very rude. When I called Travelocity to find out if there was anything they could do to help they called the hotel and the manager said we were lying! I will never stay at this hotel again, horrible experience!

I selected pay at the hotel when I booked this room. The card I had on file was my best friends to reserve the room. Before I arrived to the hotel they charged my friends debit card. I went to check in and they did not even ask for my card information just my ID. Point being I could have stolen a card and they wouldnt have cared as long as they got money for the room. When I got to my room it was not clean. There was the previous persons hair on both beds in my room and the shower. I had a pull out couch which was another bed and it had stains on it. Then on check out day we were woken up by pounding on the walls, drills and other noises. This hotel did not mention that they we're renovating online. So we did not have a good sleep. The hotel had an outside pool that did not work and the staff was very rude to us when we complained about our stay. You couldnt even identify who the receptionist was because he was wearing basketball shorts and a t shirt which is very unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel to nobody. Also the parking spaces are very small and not enough for the hotel people were double parked for the two days me and my guest stayed.

The woman from Nigeria who checked us in was so friendly, informative and pleasant. She was the first face we saw when we walked in and was the perfect first impression of the hotel!

Loved the room. We had 6 in our party and we were comfortable. Check in and check out was smoth. Continental breakfast had a lot of choices.

The staff I delt with were very friendly. The place itself was nice. Updated for the most part. Down side, bed was so lumpy and uncomfortable. And you can hear everything, from the people heavy stepping above you and people loudly walking down the hallway. But convenient and friendly none the less.
