One of the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel! When we went to check in, the hot water wasn’t working on the 3rd floor so we had to stay on the 1 st. In the room, two light bulbs were burnt out and the floor was messy like it had not been vacuumed in between guests. Then we found an rolling paper and marijuana waisted on the floor. I asked the hotel if they had a vacuum, and they didn’t understand what I was saying because of his limited English. I can assume based upon the condition of the hotel they did not. Then on the second night there was no heat in our room. It was literally 0 degree out that night. So terrible place!

The light at the door was not working. When I entered the room it was pitch black and the only light switch I could find was by groping around into the bathroom to turn that light on. I did tell the desk person about the problem when I checked out.

Fix that!

Friendly staff. Clean room. Great breakfast. Everything was very good, except from about 11pm-3:30 am, some type of boiler or refrigeration unit was running loudly. It sounded like it was right next to my bed. i called the front desk. The night mgr. said he was trying to find the source, but it ran loudly most of the night.I was going to ask for a refund for a night. The morning person had no idea what I was laking about.

Poor lighting

They have am issue with the sensor lighting in the rooms..it turns off every 30 seconds INCLUDING the bathroom...imaginr how hard it is too keep getting out the shower to wave your hand just to now wash in the dark...and unfortunately staff said its an issue all thru thr building....in 2024 you have to do better
