Great stay, older hotel so slightly outdated.

Overall great stay. Hotel is obviously older so we didn’t expect a new feel. Nice service, room was clean, free breakfast was a plus. Older, outdated colors and carpet, but generally a good value for the money.

The property is in a good location if you are looking to poke around the historical battle fields, a little out of the way from Gettysburg, but great location for the battlefields if that's what you're looking for. The property seems to be going under a major renovation. Some parts were in great shape, some parts needed a little work. Everyone on the staff I interacted with were VERY friendly and Accommodating . Breakfast was decent but it was the same every day I was there. All that said, I would stay here again.

Talk about trashy! Carpet updated and installed poorly. Access panels to bathrooms from hallway crappy drywall. “Children of the corn” vibe. Wood rot, crappy shingles/roof outside showing little to no care for the building itself. Came in at night, asked for water at front desk for medications - lady told me to drink from the drinking fountain (normally a bottle water is offered in other hotels). Layout is confusing. Shower head wasn’t clean and clogged with minerals. Bedroom was ghetto 90’s old wood vibe. Bathroom small with plastic cheap seats. Every shortcut one can make was made. Will never walk in there again!

This is the third time that we have stayed at this property. It is quiet and clean, but it could use a little TLC in some places. It appears that the property owner has been gradually working on this. The hot breakfast is always hot and well-stocked. The only issue that we had was with the Wi-Fi this time that we stayed. After several attempts at trying to get it working the front desk clerk offered to move us to another room. We had no Wi-Fi issues after changing rooms.

The food served at breakfast was GREAT! I was afraid my car was going to get broken into...lighting in PLot. Room was dirty, hair everywhere, not just bathroom. Staff was nice to chat.

Self service hotel

Eisenhower was a disaster for us. Literally notes eberuwhere stating there was no customer support when we checked in. Mid day on a Monday. One note told us to call aniyher jotel for check in, anoyjer informed us the restaurant was not serving for the week. It was literally a shell with no one home. We went elsewhere and were unable to secure a refund.
