The descriptions of this hotel and pics were not indicative of what we saw. Rooms and hallways were old, dirty and the property was not taken care of.

I apologize that your stay with us was disappointing, Erin. Though we do have dated aspects of the hotel, this is changing as we are undergoing major renovations. I do hope that you will consider giving us another chance to provide you with a superior experience after our updates.

Locks did not work. Patio lock was gone entirely. Staff does not have a clue. The place is in dire need of maintenance. Pics are all of renovated rooms. Our room was in very poor shape. Bed frame has sharp edges and cut my wife’s ankle.

Only reason to give the condition a 3 is that they are doing a lot of remodeling so they are making the place beautiful. Just not done yet. It’s a great set up for those with children. Lots of things to do.

When I booked the room there was not mention of the lobby being under construction with bare concrete floors and drywall dust. The pool area was also very unlike the photos, it was dark and noisy and there were people swimming in it at 4:30am. It was not worth the $196 I paid to stay there and I felt deceived

This property is dated but it was clean and has a nice indoor pool and is pet friendly. I would stay there again.
