Less than 3 miles to the ocean, this 1st floor condo is tucked away in the perfect location! Close to all Myrtle Beach has to offer. Whether you are a Golf enthusiast, coming to the beach for some fun in the sun and sand, or want a nice quiet escape from the hustle and bustle, this condo is meant for you!

Guest Access:
Upon the morning of your arrival, you will receive the condo unit number and door access code! The condo unit and balcony are entirely yours to relax and enjoy! Also, you will have unrestricted access to all of the numerous onsite resort amenities!

Inside the condo you will find a parking pass which must be hung from the rear view mirror of your vehicle at all times while parked on property to prove you are a guest!

The Neighborhood:
Myrtle Beach International Airport is a 10 Minute drive, Easy access to shopping, golf courses, amazing eateries, and a 5 mile drive to the sandy shores of the Atlantic Ocean. No attraction is too far out of reach from this location!

Getting Around:
The best way to get around Myrtle Beach is by car. Since the bus is your only public transportation option. Car rental agencies are located just beyond the baggage claim area in Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR), and plenty of taxis and hotel shuttle services are lined up outside the terminal. Uber and Lyft are also, available

2) I DO NOT charge any ridiculous admin or booking fees like most on these sites, I prefer to be upfront and honest about my fees prior to clicking BOOK NOW!

3) The cleaning fees are standard rate across Myrtle Beach. The maids need to be paid somehow so the cleaning fee is well worth their time and energy making the space perfect for the next guest!

The fact is, nobody wants to book a unit and get swamped with 10 different fees, so I do everything I can to avoid that situation for my guests!

A gem

The pictures does this place no justice, it was amazing, it was very spacious, the beds was so comfortable, loved waking up to the patio setting and having breakfast with my family, while viewing the stream that had turtles and swans even some big fish super relaxing. We came down for my daughter cheer event, everything was within driving distance. We cooked everything we needed was there, the host was amazing, the check in was very easy. I loved the little fireplace they had set up. I would definitely recommend to all, the neighbors was very friendly. I would stay again if we have another competition out that way or even for a family get away.
