Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. Hotel was centrally located to everything and very easy to walk or grab a cab. Love the 24-hour coffee, tea, hot coco and snacks downstairs that you can help yourself too. That was a very nice touch, and we used it daily from coming in for the cold weather outside. Our family will definitely be staying at this hotel next time we visit NYC. Would highly recommend to others.

Amenities lacking. Shower cap and what appeared to be a shoe shine mitt were the only things extra in the room. Honestly who really uses those 2 items?? Bottled water was in the room the day we arrived but not on day 2. Had to ask at her front desk for water. My daughter said the same thing. Rooms have definitely gone down hill since we stayed there last. Staff was great though! Very helpful and friendly.

This hotel is well situated if you don’t want to be in Midtown, but you want be close to it. There is a very convenient subway station two blocks away. The hotel furniture and carpets are a little worn, but it is clean and comfortable. We especially liked the free tea and coffee, and snacks and fruit in the lobby. That was a very nice touch, which made the hotel very inviting. I would definitely consider going back to this hotel.

Toilet didn’t look clean and there was rubber mat in the shower that looked dingy. Staff was very nice. The room size is decent for two guests. Location was okay most Uber rides were 2-3 miles for needed destination. This is not a 4-star hotel maybe it was 30 years ago. Room had no lotion.
