"Beautiful building, clean rooms with everything one needs. Good evening entertainment and a nice beach. We felt that the property is underutilized, the grand hotel lobby looks as though it ought to have a grand piano and serve afternoon tea - it is totally underutilized. Same goes for the outside lovely grounds. The outside bar does not open until 10.30 am and is closed in the evening. People would love to set outside, perhaps have a guitarist and enjoy cocktails and a view sad to see no-one around."

"Property was great. Staff were nice and helpful. Water was amazing. Only con is it very expensive once you’re here. We did 3 nights and after all the meals that are heavily taxed and gratuity included on the bill, we spent more than we would have for a whole week in Cancun."
