"Property is huge , but we never got the feeling of being in a crowd. Excellent restaurants throughout , although extremely pricey, and reservations the week ahead are helpful. Beach was so nice with ample chairs and umbrellas. Sea turtle sanctuary on property and up close interaction with feeding them was a delight. Many excursions available to nearby islands and activities."

The hotel was very family-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the outdoor pool—it was clean, relaxing, and a great place to spend time with family. "The highlight of my trip was the staff. From day 1 all of them were exceptional. They anticipated my needs and exceeded my expectations multiple times from the front desk staff interacting with my irritable daughter at check in, the multiple housekeepers that asked if I wanted service and asked if I needed anything for the room…to the pool bar hostess who made my dining experience phenomenal. Definitely an overall 10/10 for me and I will definitely book again!"
