Immaculate Townhome, Fully Renovated, Ideal Location!

Enjoy this 3 BR, 1.5 BA townhome that has recently been transformed into an updated, well appointed get-away for those wanting a fun and relaxing vacation! Come stay just minutes away from the historic city of Charleston, named by "Travel & Leisure" the top city in the U.S. for many years in a row.
Parking for three cars is in the rear of the home. Enter the gate to the garden with a stately palm, landscaping and a patio.
Walk through double doors to the living room with comfortable new furnishings, a 50" ROKU TV, a desk for those needing a place to work and a marble dining table for 6.
The kitchen is graced with shiplap siding, new kitchen cabinets, quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances.
Upstairs are three bedrooms; a primary bedroom with a king bed, ceiling fan, walk-in closet and one of two entry doors to the full bath. The bath has been updated with marble floors, marble tub/shower surround and a glass sliding door.
Guest bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen beds. These two rooms share the hall bath.
A washer and dryer are located in an attached utility room for your convenience.
With a 10 minute drive, you can enjoy Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms beaches. Charleston and Mt Pleasant are known for the culinary arts and if you stay here, you will be within minutes of some of the finest dining you will ever experience.

Great location for visiting Charleston area.
Wonderful place to stay. Fantastic location, easy walking distance to both an Aldis as well as a Trader Joes and Walgreens. Minutes from downtown Charleston and Patriot's Point. Short drive to the beach. The townhouse is in great shape, clean, comfortable and well appointed. Kendall was a great host, checking to ensure we had all we needed. Looked at multiple places before picking this one and I'm glad we did. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our family time away from the midwest. The check in/ check out process was easy. Location was perfect. We were able to enjoy the city life of downtown Charleston yet be right next to the beach as well. Even with 5 of us the home was very bright and spacious.
