Very dirty, very dirty air vents. Poop in the hall way, very old rugs paint peeling everywhere, lots of spider webs in the hallways, bed was comfortable. Need total renovation.

I liked the property the staff was friendly. The air conditioning in my room did not work. For that one reason alone I will not stay at this property again. The lady at the front desk said they was sending someone. But we wheee out of the room at that time but when we returned the room was still hot. I was not able to enjoy the outside activity as I would have like to because I had no cool place to recover form the heat. Very disappointed

Unprofessional. Falsely advertised amenities.... my kids and i stayed here for 4 days during a heat wave with NO WORKING POOLS although we booked a kitchenette there we no Pots and Pans didnt get any until after 9pm on day of check in was told by fromt desk staff that theyre only available upon request and limited ..... so why adverstise this and have guest purchasing groceries they may not get to cook without going out and buying their own cookware .... Building and rooms very old amnd mold EVERYWHERE!!!

The overall stay wasn’t bad except during check in there was no explanation of amenities and cleaning services or how to request extra supplies if needed. I think it’s helpful to inform the guest that a deposit is required. The check-in took longer than expected because three people checking in one guest. Other than that the room was ok except somethings were broken like the coffee pot and missing filter basket and stove top but I requested a coffee pot and a replacement was brought quickly. The customer service provided at check-in could improve but other than that it was a good stay.

There was no TV in my room when I arrived, and the floors need to be swept and mopped. The TV they brought me was faulty and was told that they would bring me another Saturday morning. This never happened and on Saturday night it stopped working completely. I checked out a day early and was told I would get refunded the extra day it is now Tuesday, and I checked out on Sunday, and I have not got refunded 100 dollars that they take at the time of check in, and I have not got refunded for checking out a day early. The hotel and the staff itself are nice and accommodating.

My room was not clean, floors dirty, bathroom had hair all over the place. The kitchenette was very outdated and dirty. Elevators were getting stuck. The only thing I like about our room was the view

The reviews had me fooled! Trust the 1/10 rating people! My stay was horrible. The way the locks are set up are dangerous, the room look ran down, table and table chairs looked like we were living in the 1960s, tv didn’t work, parking is HORRIBLE, the pools looked nasty, elevators were loud and shook the whole ride. I would never recommend this property! Especially if you have kids with you. I wish I would have listen to the 1 star reviews because they were telling the truth. Learn from my mistake and save yourself some money, book somewhere else.

Avoid !!!

This was a terrible experience. We reserved the room with kitchenette so we can cook, got the room with microwave only. If you want to call property-don’t waste your time-they don’t pick up the phone. The only way to get things resolved is with manager on the registration desk. They changed our room to a room with the stove. We went to the beach-beach is nice. After we came back I decided to check if stove is working, surprisingly it was Not!!! No joke ! And it was not even plugged in, and no electricity plug to do it. This is where we decided that it was enough and we just want our money back and go home. Manager was ok with that. This is just not worth spoiling your vacation with this hotel.
