Sophisticated with a touch of avant-garde, Twin City Terrace is the landing spot you need when planning a trip to Minneapolis.

This upper level 1920s built duplex is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home located in one of Minneapolis' premier neighborhoods and just moments away from popular destinations.

Inside, you’ll find plush bedrooms and artfully decorated spaces. Cherry red chairs and a dark wood dining table give the dining room retro lounge vibes. An overhanging chandelier gives light to an already bright space. The main living area boasts black leather couches, a large screen TV, and a cozy fireplace. The full bathroom has original and unique tile patterns and a large tub.

There is no shortage of activities in this neighborhood and Twin City Terrace is a perfect home base. A five minute walk will get you to the shores of Bde Maka Ska and an even shorter drive lands you at the Lake Harriet Bandshell. Spend an afternoon at the Bird Sanctuary, Rose Gardens, or Golf Course and end the day well in comfort at Twin City Terrace. Enjoy cooking in the spacious kitchen or have dinner out at one of the many fabulous nearby restaurants.

• No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
• No pets allowed!
• Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able.
• Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay.
• Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property.
• Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.

Great location in a walkable neighborhood

My family of 4 spent spring break in Minneapolis and were thrilled with the unit’s proximity to Uptown restaurants and shopping as well as the walking trails by the lake. We were also a short ride away from the Mall of America, the zoo, Paisley Park, and downtown attractions. The unit was so spacious that the teens got to have plenty of space to themselves and the parents could work and enjoy coffee in peace.

Birdseye View

We loved the quiet neighborhood and the apartment is very roomy and comfortable. It’s definitely an older house, but we enjoyed it. It’s on the second floor of the house, but at 1,600 square feet it felt like its own home. We also enjoyed the large windows in the living room and dining room. Everything was as expected. We would definitely stay again.
