I loved the large fireplace and sitting area in the lobby. The sofa next to the window, so I could sit and look at the view. The bathroom was beautiful, and the bed was so comfortable.

Kitchen needs to be more prompt in turning orders (Monday at breakfast) the orders were late, not right and eggs not cooked properly. Yet hardly anyone was in the restaurant..Weekend brunch was good however. Over easy is not over-hard. If you can't properly cook an egg the cook should find another line of work.

We enjoyed our experience and the hotel was an easy walk to the US Bank stadium and about a 35min walk to the Mill area with lots of shopping and restaurants in between. The hotel lobby is stunning, the rooms are modern and roomy with a great view. The beds are the most comfy I’ve ever slept on. Parking ramp attached is a plus! Unfortunately our sheets were stained- not dirty, but old stains which Is unfortunate for a hotel $200/night. I could tell the sheets were freshly washed so I didn’t think it was worth complaining. I was also surprised that the there were not zipped mattress covers. However I would stay again.

Construction woes

Pros: Great view of downtown from hotel room.
Cons: I was pleased with experience
Location: We went to the Twins game on Father's day and enjoyed the local spots near Target Field. Again the construction on Nicollet hopefull is done soon.
The hotel is excellent and staff is very good. The problem is the construction on Nicollet mall outside.

Beautiful Lobby, great rooms!

Pros: The lobby is gorgeous and very relaxing, rooms were great as well.
Cons: The bar staff! We tried on two separate evening and both nights the staff was rude and took a very long time to acknowledge us.
Location: Great restaurants and bars, convention center nearby, very central and accessible walking distance to most everything.
We traveled to Minneapolis for my daughters volleyball tournament, they did a great job accommodating large groups and the front desk staff was very friendly. The only issue we had was the staff in the hotel restaurant/bar, both evenings they were very rude and seemed disorganized.

Rented a vip suite

I rented the vip suite for my birthday and total got it for 545.00 dollars for the night. I called a week ahead of time to confirm the total price plus the rooms deposit and was told it's 545.00 plus a 50 dollar deposit. I showed up and was told that my deposit was now 250 dollars. I showed them there policy said 50 dollar deposit. They still made me pay a 250 dollar deposit. So after that we go to the 24th floor the room was amazing everything it said it would be. Then i found out shortly after being in my room they charged another 50 dollar deposit to my card so i went back downstairs and they said because the suite had a living area and sleeping area it was two seperate rooms so the extra 50 dollars was a deposit on the other side of the room. I was beside my self and mad. The rest of the experience was positive and if you decide to rent here please find johathon he will give you all kinds of perks and coupons to save money get free covers downtown. After all the extra deposits i wont be back.
