Good afternoon thank you so much for your business. We have addressed these issues with our housekeeping and front desk staff. Parking is provide to all our guest at the hotel, this is an additional fee. We have hotel parking that is limited for $25.00 per night and there is also parking at the ramp next door. This is a hotel standard for all Minneapolis hotels and we provide a parking alert with all our reservations stating parking options so that all our guests are prepared for hotel arrival. We are very sorry for your disappointment and hope you stay with us again soon so that we can surprise you with an amazing stay!
