One of the most comfortable hotels in Minneapolis. Bed was perfect and pillows were double sized. Amazing shampoo, conditioner and shower gel by Thisworks. View from the window was incredible. Staff was really friendly.

I had a great experience at the Hyatt Place in D.C., which is why I chose to stay at the Minneapolis location. However, I was a bit disappointed. The carpet and sofa cushion in my room were really dirty. And it was so noisy on my last night; there were several parties on the part the third floor where my room was.

The overall stay was great but we were very disappointed to find out the pool was out of service. We received no correspondence advising of this prior to our stay. We would have considered other options if we would have known. The room was nice, quiet, clean, we would have just loved better communication about the status of their amenities.
