Staff were very helpful!! Beautiful space, just like pictures. Room, floor, counters in the dining area were very clean. Clean sponge to clean your dishes in your kitchenette. Nice fridge. Really nice shampoo and conditioner and soaps. Books around to read in pleasant common spaces.

Stayed for 14 days so we needed a roomy place with a kitchen to cook a few meals and keep things in the fridge/freezer. The room itself was well equipped with everything you might need for an extended stay. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious. Bathroom small but met our needs. Walk in closet was a plus. Nice to have a small dining table too. A/C is a window unit so was kind of noisy at first, but we got used to it. At times we could hear footsteps above us but it wasn’t often. This is an older art deco building so it’s understandable that things are dated and older, but that was part of the charm. Everything worked fine and to our needs, we are not fussy travellers. The front desk staff and housekeepers were all super nice and helpful. If you’re looking for a modern hotel with lots of amenities, this is not the place for you. It’s more like apart-hotel. However, you can use the amenities at two of their sister hotels which is just around the corner. Wifi was fast too! Location is amazing, so close to the beach, shopping, restaurants etc.

HUGE apartment style room. Room was beautiful and they supplied the kitchen with all the non-food essentials. The only slight negative was parking- which was a ten or so minute walk to a public parking garage.

Highly recommend the Lincoln Arms!

When I go to Miami again I will definitely stay at the Lincoln Arms. The suite was clean and spacious. The staff members were polite and helpful. Easy walk to the Convention Center and the beach. Loved it!

Good afternoon I recently stayed at the Lincoln Arms hotel. Around 5am I went to get more ice from the rooftop ice machine. I also had to use the restroom so I decided to use the restroom right next to the ice machine. Would you believe that Rosemary (older Hispanic lady with salt and pepper hair) darted up from the hotel lobby and banged on the bathroom door screaming “why are you in the bathroom”! I was literally sitting in the commode replying “I had to use the bathroom”. Rosemary continued to bang on the restroom door saying “GET OUT OF THE BATHROOM NOW”!!!!!!! This was the most disgusting and racist treatment I have ever experienced at a hotel. I will be posting this negative feedback on the hotel’s website as this was most certainly racist and unprofessional. Thank you for your time Hotel Guest
