"Staff very courteous and friendly at all parts of the hotel. Great place to stay. Excellent location, minutes away from shopping and restaurant. Look forward to going back. Their concierge staff very helpful in organizing a boat tour and help us find a restaurant. Iv been using expedia for many years and my only issue is, when i book here i always get worst view, or crapy location of the room. Miles away from the elevator or poor view from the window. "

"Although I did give it five stars we did have issues that were immediately remedied. Two days with no hot water and our resort fees were credited for those two day. Room was not cleaned until late in the day while we were getting ready to go out. But they brought cleans towels and whatever we needed. Overall the rooms were clean, front desk staff very professional. Bartenders at the pool, Savo and JJ were so fun and professional. Fred made sure we had everything we needed. Beach access easy and roof top pool was amazing with a view. Our room had a hot tub on the balcony and soooo nice. The only thing outside on the balcony at the hot tub was the noice from the roof and the bar that is located right next to the hotel and it was loud at night. Would however stay again at The Greystone as the location was perfect from the beach, Ocean Dr., Espanada Way and Lincoln way shopping. "
