I stayed in the balcony room. If you’re particular about noise, obviously don’t stay at a hotel right in the plaza! If you’re down to have a safe place with a good view and close to the plaza, this was a great option.

In general we have had a good experience. However there something needs to be improved. The main issue we had was with the super limited breakfast, there were only a few options and they were not delicious or they had no taste. They could make something that international guests enjoy, too. At least boiled eggs please !!!! Their services during the breakfast was very average, too. Not enough cups, bowls, etc and you had to wait someone might recharge it sometime. And finally non of them speaks English !!!!

The hotel itself is pretty basic. If you're planning to hang out at/in the hotel, I'd advise someplace else. However, for a basic room w/ limited amenities, this hotel is in a great location for mariachi and food.
