Very clean and great communication. The property managers even give you a clear video on how to get into the building. If you read the instructions, it is a very easy process for everything. Parking is not included but plenty of options close by. We went for a family trip so it was great that many places of interest were walking distance for us including The Pyramid, Mud Island, Peabody Hotel to watch the ducks march, and Beale Street. Having the full kitchen really made this trip so great with the children so we could eat in the comfort of our room. Would definitely stay there again if we visit Memphis.
