Fabulously maintained and neat as a pin home just moments from beach access and the JW Marriott. The fabulous street is centrally located to both north and south end amenities such as Marco Walk Plaza on the south end with a variety of restaurants, shops, movie theater, and more. This 3 bedroom 2 bath home has a delightful split floor plan, perfect for entertaining inside and out on the oversized lanai with desired southern exposure.
Outside on the lanai, you have a BBQ area as well as 4 chaise loungers for maximum relaxation. The master bedroom has a King bed, en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, walk-in shower with steel shower grab bars. There is also a soaker tub for total relaxation after a day on the beach or sightseeing. The guest bedrooms have a Queen bed and a set of Twin beds respectively, they also share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a flat-screen TV in the family room and one in the master bedroom. One small non-shedding dog is welcome!

Family vacation

My family and I travel from Rhode Island every year and we love to get away from the cold. This home was very wel Kept, easy to communicate with the owners and quick walk to the beach. The pool was well-maintained and everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely return.

"Best Place We've Stayed"

We have been renting on the island for 15 years and have stayed at many properties over that time. This was the best place we've stayed! Home was so comfortable and had everything we needed; from beach equipment to a blender. Plenty of space for the 6 of us and the pool and lani were perfect too! It truly felt like a home awat from home.

Fun spring break vaction

We love Marco and come down a few times a year. This April we had a wonderful time at this location. The property company was very quick to answer all our questions and the signup process was very easy. The house was excellent meeting all our needs! We loved the bikes and they had everything we needed for the beach! The outdoor space and pool was a plus. This location is a short walk to the beach access and not far from Marco center. Would highly recommend!

Quiet, cozy and leisurely

Our family of 7 had an excellent time here. There was plenty of space to entertain our extended family that lives nearby. The pool was the highlight of the house, our kids loved it! So cool that there was a window/bar that led straight from the pool area to the kitchen. Perfect for serving! Excellent location and very good, quiet neighborhood.

Great House - Great Location

We always love our time in Marco and this house was great. With beautiful 70 degree weather, we turned off the air conditioning and fully opened both patio doors to the screened lanai and heated pool. Those doors are awesome! What a bonus for indoor/outdoor space! Bedrooms were comfortable and neighborhood was nice and quiet. We drove to Tigertail in the morning and walked to the nearby beach in the afternoon. Clean, fully stocked, walking distance to beach

The house was clean, and spacious. The kitchen had everything you would ever need. There were many bikes in great condition. There was a wagon for the beach, beach chairs and an umbrella. We used the pool and were able to stay dry on the lanai when there was rain. The walk to the beach took us 10 minutes. We used the wagon to haul the beach equipment, cooler and beach bag. Was an easy walk to the beach. We would stay here again.

Great Location from Marco

House was clean and perfect size for Spring Break. The location is great, close enough to the beach and Marriot and also all of the popular dining areas. This was our 2nd time staying here and will be back again if it's not already booked.

Perfect Honeymoon

We got all the rest and relaxation we needed at this wonderful home. The pool was perfect. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Perfect distance from the beach for walking or taking the cruisers.

Great location, great place!

The home was nice and spacious. It's about a 1/2 mile walk to beach access (at least to the beach we wanted). Everything was nice and clean. The property manager was easy to communicate with and always got back to us quickly. We would definitely stay here again!
