I had a lovely stay at this hotel. It is beautiful, clean, and you can walk to many tourist attractions from there. What I loved about it was the convenience to travel around London because there is an exit from the hotel directly into Victoria train station and the Underground. There are many food options in the area, and I felt safe in the area whether traveling by day or night. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to London.

A beautiful hotel with a very wonderful staff! Location is great for everything you could ever want. Transportation is very close and you within walking distance of Buckingham Palace. We will definitely be back!

The first night we didnt have any air in the room. It was miserable. But, they upgraded us to a bigger room with all the amenities free. They could not have been nicer to us and for us. Would stay again and recommend.
