Stayed with my husband and our 12 year old and the hotel was great. We were able to walk everywhere and the restaurant at the hotel was really convenient on the days we didn’t want to go out for dinner. The room is spacious for Europe standards and the hotel was very clean. Would stay there again!

Unfortunately, I was unable to visit the Novotel London Waterloo due to an unforeseen fire at the airport that prevented me from flying. Despite the situation being entirely out of my control, the hotel handled it poorly and showed no understanding or flexibility. They refused to issue a refund, disregarding the exceptional circumstances. Based on this disappointing experience, I would rate the hotel zero stars. If you're planning a trip to London, I strongly recommend considering other accommodations.

Very disappointed in this hotel, as we were not able to travel to London because Heathrow Airport closed and our flight was redirected. They would offer any solution to accommodate this incident that was completely out of our control. They would not refund or issue a credit. Will not be staying here when we are able to get to London.
