This place is not a hotel. It is a hostel with a reception desk that is not on property and in a different building. They charge you extra for AC.

Wonderful staff. Was upgraded to the 4 star portion of the hotel (vs 3 star room) by the staff (because it was a heat wave and no air conditioner available in the room we booked) so review is for their sister property. The hotel has both 3 star and 4 star wings/rooms and I would definitely recommend booking the 4 star rooms over the 3 star rooms (there’s a huge difference). The 4 star rooms are newly renovated, modern and clean. Staff are amazing and extremely helpful. Location right by Eurostar terminal for our early departure. Highly recommend their 4 star sister property (the suites).

Very close to train station. So just walked with our cases, the people on reception were very nice , our room was a double with a shower and toilet , it was smaller than I was expecting and due to the very hot weather the room was very hot , it had a fan and we asked for another fan which we got no problem and it did help a lot ,

Great Staff / Hot rooms.

The hotel was nice / as described. The desk staff was great, as even help bring our backs to our room from storage for us when it was ready for us to check in. The bad thing was the heat. They set two small fans up for us but it wasn't enough. We had two nights in a sweat box, and it had a bad effect on the mood of our group while in London.

The location of the property is convenient to the trains, and the staff was very helpful. Being able to store your luggage before checking in is also a plus. However, stay away from room 15. I think that it was the worst room in the hotel. We had a triple room. I’ve stayed in cruise cabins that are bigger and more comfortable. The bathroom was tiny. We were on the bottom floor with a window that had a view to a nasty courtyard. The beds were confortable but there was no AC, we had to sleep with the fan on. If you can afford upgrading to the suites you will be much happier. Definitely not staying here again, at least not in a room like this one. They did have a nice kitchen with free coffee that was very good. That’s about it.
